Now, as we move through spring 2026, we're proud to share the ways our team continues to give back to the neighborhoods that have given us so much.

Supporting Local Schools and Youth Programs

This spring, The Baron Team sponsored the Queens Youth Arts Festival, helping more than 300 local students showcase their creativity. We also partnered with three Long Island elementary schools to provide back-to-school supply kits for families in need. Education is the foundation of strong communities, and investing in our kids is something we take seriously every single year.

Honoring First Responders and Veterans

Our communities don't run without the sacrifices of first responders and veterans. In April, we hosted our annual Appreciation Dinner for local firefighters, police officers, and veterans across Queens and Nassau County — an event that has become one of the highlights of our year. Neighborhood Clean-Up Initiative

The Baron Team organized and participated in spring clean-up events across Bayside, Forest Hills, Great Neck, and Manhasset. Dozens of volunteers — including our own family members Jackie and Gary Baron — showed up with gloves and garbage bags to make our streets shine. A beautiful neighborhood isn't just good for the community; it's good for property values too.

$500 Million in Sales, Reinvested in the Community

With over $500 million in career sales and 1,000+ successful transactions, The Baron Team has built lasting relationships across Queens, Long Island, and Palm Beach. A portion of every transaction we close goes toward local charitable initiatives — because every home sale is also an investment in the community around it.
